If Reese Allbritton looks familiar, that’s because you’ve probably seen him in one of the many shows he’s been featured. A star of UPN’s hit reality show Amish in the City, and VH1’s Surreal Life and Celebrity Rehab, Reese was also the co-star of A&E’s documentary Alexis Arquette: She’s My Brother, where he appeared beside his best friend, Alexis Arquette as she went through her transition from male to female.
The eccentric and socialite of the group, Reese battled substance abuse for many years which comes to light in the 2006 season. He’s now clean and sober and has returned to his hometown of Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
In addition to his TV work, Reese is also a singer, releasing three singles–Dreamer, Prince of Dance, How and Why–each exhibiting a different facet of his musical talents.
An active advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, Reese focuses on the need for more out and proud equality advocates in the Deep South. This led him to advocating for The Spectrum Center, Mississippi’s first and only LGBTQ+ community center.
